My journey in the world of personal training began with obtaining certifications from the Spanish Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB Spain) and the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB), marking the start of an exciting path in personal training. Focused on continuous evolution and learning, I have expanded my skills through specialised courses in Kettlebells, high-intensity training (HIIT), power enhancement and muscle hypertrophy, and specialist courses for specific populations such as pregnant women or the elderly. After several years and amidst this process of course completion, I finished my second university degree with a double Master’s in the field of physical activity and sports. This diversity in training knowledge has enabled me to offer a wide range of techniques in my classes, ensuring significant and personalised progress for each client. With every certification and course, my aim has always been to gather in-depth and practical knowledge to apply effectively in training, helping my clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. My soccer career began as a player for various teams in Tenerife and Madrid, reaching the highest levels in youth football, competing in Spanish championships, and playing in the youth categories of a significant club like Club Deportivo Tenerife. At the age of 18, I moved to Madrid to pursue my first university degree, and although I continued playing soccer, my ambition shifted to the technical area; I wanted to start my career as a soccer coach.
I knew that soccer would remain a part of my life, not just as a temporary and leisurely pursuit but also from a professional perspective. This realisation led me to pursue a coaching career, completing all the courses offered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
Thus, my training has been based on acquiring the highest UEFA qualifications, and my experience of over 10 years involves coaching male and female teams of various categories, including ages from youth to seniors and, of course, semi-professional males and professional females in soccer. I have served as both the head and assistant coach, often combining these roles with that of a physical trainer on many occasions.
